Your guide- Suzanne brings over 50 years of personal & professional experience in the study & practice of Integrative Health care. Prior to pursuing a career in mental health, she was part of the wave of pioneers in the fields of meditation, mindfulness & integrative health that began sweeping many parts of the United States in the late 60’s & 70’s. Yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, massage & holistic health, were NOT household words. While skeptics & critics needed scientific proof to fully embrace these indigenous rituals & contemplative practices that would promote a greater sense of well-being & slow down the aging process, Suzanne did not. She studied, practiced, & taught Mindfulness, Tai Chi Chih, Therapeutic Body-work & Whole Foods cooking. Suzanne holds a license in Marriage & Family Therapy with a private practice in Tucson, Arizona.
Suzanne loves photography, mixed media art, knitting, sewing, hiking, walking, spending time with family, friends and hanging out with her "best canine pal", Simba.
Over the years Suzanne has helped many clients overcome challenges & restore resillience. Her recent pursuits have included training in Dr. Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Neurobiology & Mindsight training with Dr. Daniel J. Siegel.
