During Suzanne’s early career, she worked in the field of Holistic Health as a body-centered therapist, using many techniques including polarity therapy, the Hakomi method and deep-tissue massage. She taught workshops in Tai Chi, yoga and mindfulness.
In her free time, Suzanne loves photography, knitting, sewing, hiking, walking, spending time with family and friends and hanging out with her "best canine friend" Suki.
“Compassion is not a relationship between healer and the wounded. It is a relationship between equals. Only when we know our own darkness well can we be present with the darkness of others. Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity”
